Barbara pulled a chair out. one eye on the sky. Her girlfriend could be arriving through super speed, but Babara was willing to bet she'd she'd go for the flashy descent. Just because Barbara had to play civilian in their relationship didn't mean Supergirl did. If she knew her blonde, the woman wouldn't pass up a single chance for a big show.

She had coffee coming, and some appetizers. She just hoped Kara would like this little surprise. And not be too mad about the emergency meeting she'd called to get Kara there.

Kara shows up quick enough.

She hadn't actually been that worried about the emergency call. Nothing THAT threatening has happened in Saeng Seong as for as she's concerned. And when she sees Barbara inside, she smiles and strolls in to take a seat next to her girlfriend. "Hey, babe."

"What? No hello kiss?" She teased. Actually, she was a tiny bit miffed. She liked Kara's Kryptonian kisses.

Kara sweeps in to give Barb a quick peck on the cheek and an impish grin. "Better?"

She responded with a peck to Kara's lips. "Slightly." Barbara knew how to go after what she wanted. When who she wanted was her girlfriend, anyway.

"Coffee?"

"Hmm." Kara makes a show of considering, though the look she gives Barbara implies her mind is more on her girlfriend than what she wants to drink. "Sure."

Barbara's mind is always on Kara these days. What else is a girl to do in a place like this?

"With cream."

Not beat up as many bad guys as Kara'd like, that's for sure. "So, what's new?"

Barbara was still hoping to set up a justice league. "You mean other than a painfully low crime rate? I stubbed my toe last night." Kara probably heard her cry out.

Kara smiles, sipping her coffee thoughtfully. "So a couple painful things, I guess."

"I think that's where kiss and make it feel better comes in..."
