Spain sees Germany's eyes but he is unaware and uncaring of how hideously judgmental they are. He's mostly happy to see someone he recognizes in a strange new place, he doesn't have time for such dicketry. All he knows is that he has a "tray" of delicious and tasty treats and that actually reading the packet is secondary.
"An apart--" he notes as Germany checks a keyring and Spain is drawn to pulling out his own set of keys. He holds his tray of scrumptiousness out for Germany to hold for him so that he may fetch his keys, the tone in his actions more obvious than the tone in Germany's questioning voice. "I need to check the number. Wouldn't it be funny if we were roommates?"
He laughs lightly even though the idea of being roommates isn't funny at all.
