She tapped her foot oh so patiently for a moment while she watched him struggle. There was no way he was going to just jump up suddenly and be fine, but if he didn't want her help she didn't want to force it on him. Finally she sighed loudly.

"I know you can't see from down there, but there's not really anybody else around," she pointed out helpfully. "Just in case you change your mind about that helping hand."
