Deadlock's been too busy being, well...himself. Meaning self-absorbed and grumpy. So he hasn't noticed Diarmuid being gone (sorry). But he does have an optic for weapons, so he does notice the swords.

He stops from his walk back, folding his arms over his chassis, watching the other at work. "Been working with Wing, huh?" Figures. He can't find Wing, and all along he's been here, training these others.
