Well. At least it's not the strangest experience Spirit's ever had.
He reads the packet with a disinterested face that is closer to half-sleep than anything cool or casual, taking stock of the situation. Okay, pocket dimension, obviously. Not that Spirit can remember any witches being in his recent past or other magic that could have caused a pocket dimension. Then again, he could've gotten drunk.
On the other hand, the friendly welcome packet and "rules" of the world didn't seem like a witch creation at all. Something else, then? It sucked up a lot of people, obviously, and as of yet Spirit didn't recognize anyone. Maybe some kind of... alien colonization thing like on the movies. In fact, something decidedly extraterrestrial concerns Spirit more than the packet or the weird touching requirement. So he's going to go find the nearest person and ask them about it!
"Hey," he says flatly, tapping the aforementioned individual on the shoulder. "What's up with the sun. Is it having one of those mood swings again?"
