"I'm not sure, really," Shinju admitted. "Everyone's been just as unsure about it as I have. It's all just some kind of vague foreboding." He looked thoughtful, staring into the kitchen as he rubbed the back of his neck, but he turned to her with something of a reassuring smile after a moment.
"Either way, it's probably better not to worry about it. It should all turn out fine," he said; he hadn't missed the change in her demeanor, and wanted to alleviate her worries if he could. "We're all in this together, right?"
