It was only a few moments later before Shinju opened the door, nearly tripping over the container as he stepped out. He'd been planning to go out for dinner this particular evening, but the sight of the leftovers made him pause for a moment--at least until he noticed Shinjiro just across from him, attempting to open his door and failing.

"Shinjiro?" It had been some time since they last spoke, so it was a surprise to see him. He'd been wondering if the other teenager was trying to avoid him, despite the apparent food-based gifts. Still, he wasn't sure, so he picked up the container, intending to ask him.

"Did you leave this here?"
