It's one of the burdens of being a teenage goddess- everything she says, no matter how sensible, makes it seem like a lecture from someone much younger. People tend not to take to that too well.

She isn't bothered by it, most of the time.

"Memories are seldom easy to be rid of without magic-- and I doubt that's the kind of thing you'd really want to let go of. It's... part of who you are now."

Another squeeze of his arm with hers, and she steers him toward another vendor with a low, thoughtful hum.

"As far as other people knowing... anyone who knows you will know better than to think less of you for it, I think."

She smiles as he sighs, his words giving hope that she's helped, even if only a little. It's really all she wants, to help.

"Exactly. So... it might not be easy, but don't be too hard on yourself, alright?"
