Skills unique to a single person... the soldier didn't know if he had anything like that. Although his arm certainly was unique, it only acted as an enhanced version of the opposite limb. But he didn't need any special abilities. He'd survived this far, after all.

Their arrival in the second district was obvious enough by the sight of the welcome center so close, but at a glance the area around it didn't appear to be particularly conducive to stealth.
