A Day in the Life...
Who: Raphael and YOU!
Where: District 3 (pizza shop) and 4 (Around the vicinity of the Gym)
When: Oct. 21
Summary: Raphael wanders district 3 to stop at the pizza place before heading to the park district to train.
Warnings: Not that I can think of! I'll change if necessary!
Pizza Place: Lunchtime
It had been one month since Raphael had arrived here in Saeng Seong. It was still strange to him to wake up to a completely different city instead of the lair in the NYC sewers every day. If Donatello hadn't been around, he figured he probably would have gone off the deep end by now. He was still in his own apartment, though he was next door to his brother whom he visited with often (and sometimes stayed over). He figured it was best that way so Don could have all the room he needed for his lab stuff. Moving together into a bigger place was an idea though.
On the one hand despite the city's differences, it was nice to be able to wander the city at night or even broad daylight without having to hide. One thing was for sure, it was a completely different feel than New York.
The pizza place in district 3 was one of his favorite places to go for something to eat. A little taste of home perhaps. He also trained often - every day in fact - for a taste of normalcy. So plans to go to the gym later or a run in the park was on the list of things to do. For now - time for some eats.
Raph ordered his usual; pizza with the works - and sat in the corner by the huge front store window. Yeah being able to sit out in the open just like everyone else definitely had its perks.
The Park district (around the gym): Afternoon
The park district was actually another one of Raphael's favorite places in the city. Used to being in cramped spaces, rooftops and alleyways of New York - being out in the wide green spaces of District 4 was a nice treat. He tended to go for daily runs there, and was a frequent sight at the Gym to do weights and practice his martial arts. He also went for swims at the pool now and again.
At the moment, he had finished his round of stretches and weight training in the gym and had now situated himself outside where there wasn't as much people moving around. He dived into his kata's with his usual ferocity and explosiveness - his sai flashing in the sun.
