While Diarmuid gets the towels, the puppies rush over to Shinju. Grey sits at his feet and looks up at him, big eyes just asking for pettings. White is a little more energetic, jumping around at Shinju's feet, but never jumping up on him. That is actually an improvement for the energetic puppy.

If he isn't too distracted by the puppies, Shinju will hear Diarmuid greeting Lir in the bathroom. A few moments later, the boy pops back out of the bathroom with several towels in his arms. He carries them over to Shinju and holds them out, "Here! What do you want to drink? I will make it while you dry off."
