Who: Everyone! Where: District 1 and 2, apartments and arrival center When: December 25th Summary: A dimensional pull happens for a brief, brief amount of time...And quite a few things come through! Warnings: Many, many presents.
Sometime in the morning, a message flashes up on the terminal screens; 'Your items have been gathered in the Welcome Square and the Welcome Center. Please pick them up as soon as possible.' That's all it says, and it stick around on the screens for most of the day.
As for the square proper? During the night, it seems that someone has made mischief and merry with the holiday lights, and strung them around the fountain. The end result is a twinkling structure, which forms the center in a pile of gifts that have been stacked up and around. There are tags on the packages, with the recipients name printed clearly across them. A few of the more fragile (or living) gifts have been moved inside, and a handful of them can also be found on the roof of the building.
And for a few people? They might not find much when it comes to their gifts, until they return to their apartments and find something waiting for them. Either way, the gifts have arrived, in order to spread some cheer. Or complete confusion.

Kotaro hadn't known what items could have been gathered for him. He didn't have any items, but he went to the welcome center anyways.
His eyes widened and he let out a squeal of excitement as he saw who was there. "Grand Duke Bowwow!"
He dived at the bears leg, hugging him. "I can't believe you're here! Is the Dark Princess of the North here? Is Crow? Is... is big brother?" The others weren't, but Kotaro was only a bit sad. Because Grand Duke Bowwow was here and that was good. His scarf was there too! The one that the Dark Princess had made him.
"Come on Bowwow, we can go and meet everyone, Dia and Cucu and their doggies! Just don't step on anyone okay!"
"It's a bear! There's a bear here! Is the the real Lord Bowwow, Kotaro? Where did he come from?" Diarmuid's voice sounds like it's nearby, but curiously enough, if Kotaro looks around, the dark-haired boy doesn't seem to be anywhere.
"I'm not hiding!" Diarmuid giggles and the sound seems to come from near Lord Bowwow's head. "I'm right here! Can't you see me?"
Either someone is being cute...or he's forgotten that the invisibility spell is active. To be honest, it could be either considering how excited he is to see the bear.
"Here! By Lord Bowwow's head. Why-- Oh!" Diarmuid seems to realize suddenly why he can't be seen and pulls the hood of the cloak of invisibility back, breaking the spell, "There! Can you see me now?"
"I am human!" Diarmuid giggles and then holds up the edges of his cloak, "But Father isn't and this is his cloak! I was given it this morning. It's what lets me turn invisible. If you crawled under it and put the hood up, you could be invisible too!"
"Yes! Come here!" Diarmuid holds up the edge of the cloak so that Kotaro can join him under it. It is plenty big for both of them to fit under considering it was made for a full grown adult, "Once you are under I will put up the hood and we will be invisible!"
"Pull this around you!" Diarmuid hands the edge of the cloak to Kotaro and then puts the hood up making them both invisible, "Now no one can see us!" He waves at Kotaro's bear, "Where did we go, Lord Bowwow?"
The bear just looked very confused, he had been pulled from his peaceful shrine, to this strange city, and now small children were appearing and disappearing in front of him, taking the sage with him.
He made a low growl of discontent. "It's okay Lord Bowwow! We're still here!"
"Yes, see?" Diarmuid drops the cloak's hood back so that they appear again. "It's magic!" He pulls back the edge of the cloak where Kotaro is so he can look at his friend, "Does Lord Bowwow know what magic is?"
"It's good to finally meet you, Lord Bowwow! I have heard a lot about you!" Diarmuid reaches out to gently pat the bear's leg, "I am glad you have come to live with us. It's lots of fun here!"
Lord Bowwow made a soft noise and nudged Diarmuid with his paw. "He likes you!" Kotaro announced, "We're going to have so much fun together! Come on Lord Bowwow we'll show you everything!"
