Shinjiro slips off the bed and retreats into his room. Upon entering, there's a noticeable temperature change. Shinjiro's room is on the cold side, in both temperature and appearance. No decor, just furniture and the bed made in simple linens. He shivers when he readies himself for bed, looking at himself in the mirror. His reflection scowls back at him until he is done, and he wonders if he should just stay in his room and sleep alone. He would be plenty warm with or without Aki...

For a few minutes, he stands before his dresser and stares blankly at himself after getting into his sleeping ensemble.
