Let it snow!

Who: Everyone! Where: City wide event! When: December 15th-18th Summary: Winter rolls into Saeng Seong, with pretty results. Warnings: Low temperatures. Snow! There's honest to goodness snow falling from the sky, gathering on the roofs and the ground. And in response, winter foods, drinks, and treats start to appear in the shops. There's also no shortage of scarves and winter coats for sale. The town seems to be in a bit of a cold weather slump in some neighborhoods, though; there's even instances of graffiti showing up on buildings in the commercial district. Still, it doesn't seem to be all bad; there's even a few winter decorations cropping up, along with snowmen! District 3 is in full on glitz with electric lights and (carefully!) arranged lit candles and winter lanterns; there's even some curious looking talismans that have been placed across doorways; which take the form of small candles with scraps of paper tied to them, with protective or auspicious phrases written down. And it seems like these decorations glow that much brighter when two (or more!) people are close by, and close together. It's a similar story in District 4, with some of the trees decorated in lights, and the ponds and rivers starting to freeze over with just that right consistency for ice skating. There's even a few boxes of decorations left out and left over, if someone takes it into their heads to do a little bit of decorating as well. ((OOC: For more info, be sure to check the OOC comm!))
