Steve must be really out of it if he didn't notice someone walking up to him like this. He should be more careful- Loki was here after all and still a danger to the people. Maybe he could try warning the others? Hopefully they'd believe him...

Regardless, Steve looked up when he heard someone address him, looking a little surprised upon seeing Lightning again. She was familiar- he spoke to her once, the outfit and her hair really stood out. However, her words slowly started to sink in and he gave a little sad smile in return.

"Not quite. Been here before, but I was much different then." He couldn't blame her for not recognizing him, Steve knew that he changed a lot since then. "We talked once, gave you the low-down of the districts."
