Training
Who: Suzaku Kururugi and you
When: July 5th, afternoon time
Where: Outside in a grassy area
Summery: Suzaku wakes up from a coma and is starting to suffer withdrawal because of his long nap
Warnings: None though he might recognise you.
Another similarity between this world and Rakuen, coma's. Though Suzaku had only ever fallen into one coma in Rakuen; one like this anyways, the time Lelouch sent him into one was different, he had seen others do so enough that it didn't even feel strange to wake and be told that he had slept for a week.
As had become normal in Rakuen he had just nodded and assured the medical staff he would be alright. And got on with his day. He did feel that the dizziness had gotten worse; and he tried to ignore why. The fact he still wasn't comfortable with touching anyone, especially not to the degree that this place deemed his duty, was something he had been pushing aside.
So he was on the grass going through some sword forms with a stick he had found for the purpose, his days had been quite empty since arriving here, he had gotten used to the structure of classes and constant battles. The free time and general freedom here confused him. Still he nodded politely to those who were nearby, familiar faces from the apartments.

"Well if you want I can teach him some time too, so he no longer drops the sword."
This place wasn't Rakuen he reminded himself, there was no reason for these children to learn to fight and perhaps he shouldn't teach them, let them grow up peaceful.
But then again if they were already trying to learn then actually having an adult teach them rather than blundering around on their own was probably better.
He blinked at the news, a new section? And a shopping center. "That sounds interesting, I was asleep for a while and it sounds like I missed quite a bit."

Diarmuid falls silent a moment in thought and then gives Suzaku a curious look, "You fell asleep? You must have been tired from all the new things! I slept for a long time the first night I was here! Do you feel better now?"
no subject
He nodded, accepting the boys explanation and not wanting to go into detail; he had a feeling that comas would be something outside of Diarmuid's understanding.
"I must have been, but I am awake now and have catching up to do it seems. Did anyone tell you how they managed to power up that part of the city?"
no subject
He pauses for a moment, his eyes suddenly getting big, "You said you slept a long time. Do you need a hug, Suzaku? I met a man the other day and he was sick because he hadn't gotten any hugs for a long time!"
no subject
He sort of wished Lelouch was here, or anyone who was good at figuring things out. He blinked at the offer, he still wasn't comfortable with hugs, or asking for hugs but he nodded slowly.

"Can you hold on really tight?"

He went through a few sequences, moving quickly trusting Diarmuid to keep holding on. His sword hit at invisible enemies and he span round in a kick glancing to the side after to check Diarmuid was alright.

Hopefully, that will make things at least a little easier on the other man.

He continued for a while, feeling stronger from the touch. Eventually he stopped and let Diarmuid down. "Think you can remember all of that?"
no subject
"But first! You feel better, right? It's not good to practice when you aren't feeling good. Someone will get hurt!"

"You want me to pick my favorite one? Okay, I pick this one! I hope I remember how to do it right," the boy stands still for a moment in thought and then raises his practice sword and makes a trust with it. He stops after doing it once, though, and frowns.
"That is not quite right. What am I forgetting?"
no subject
"To move." Suzaku held the stick in the same position Diarmuid was and demonstrated the thrust, stepping forward, knees bent. "It might seem silly but you use your legs as much as your arms when fighting with a sword."
no subject
He repeats the motion a few more times before looking up at Suzaku with wide, happy eyes, "More like that, right? It feels better now!"
no subject
"Yes, like that. If it feels natural and comfortable then you are almost right."
no subject
"But for now..." He looks up at Suzaku, "I picked one move. Now will you pick another one?"
no subject
He nodded and then demonstrated a spinning kick, ending in a downward slash, it was quite complicated but he was sure Diarmuid would be able to manage it.
no subject
Diarmuid watches as Suzaku demonstrates the complex move, but after watching he knows he won't be able to do it all right away. As a result, at first he only practices the sword slash, "One part at a time! I can't do all that at once. Does that look right for the sword part?"
no subject
"Then step downwards with it."
