[Konoha, personally, isn't terribly affected by the warmth of his own body. Sure, usually he feels a lot cooler than this, but it's not unbearable this way either. The people who're so cold that they're bundled up in layers and layers of clothing and still shivering seem so much more uncomfortable than he is. He's already run into a few of them. He's sure there are more.

So he's going out these last few days, on the lookout for anyone buried under clothes or shivering or looking cold in any other way. He'll approach you, unreadable, sleepy-looking expression his face, and when he speaks his words come out slowly as if he's carefully choosing each one, but it's not difficult to understand.]

Are you cold...? I can help.

[As far as Konoha had noticed, the hot people sat around not wearing as much clothing as the cold, bundled-up people. He doesn't know if that made it "obvious," but he nods anyway as he raises his hand to take hers. And he holds it, watching their hands for a few seconds before asking,] Does it help?

[ The relief is not immediate, but becomes apparent to her after a few moments of contact. She nods. ] Yes, it does. Thank you.

Hmm, so far it's only been the odd chill for me. [ . . . ] Have you met anyone who had to seek medical attention for their condition? [ She hopes no one's fallen ill because of all of this. ]

Like the hospital? No. Everyone I talked to was cold or really hot, but I don't think any of them were that sick.

[ Nanoha nods and looks relieved. ] I'm glad to hear that. I hope this isn't as wide-spread as I fear, either.

[He nods, slowly.]

How does this get fixed?

I'm not sure. Usually these sorts of occurrences run their course, or I imagine those in charge will try to set things right. There was an announcement where a lady tried to explain what was happening after all. [ Though Nanoha was extremely skeptical, and also a good bit angry at their reasoning, so she held off on replying to it. ]

That they were trying to find a way to make things more helpful, right?

I didn't really understand, but it sounded like something went wrong.

That's what she said. I don't think they fully understand what they've done, either, but so long as everyone stays health and safe... all we can do for now is wait.

I don't know. I didn't know that was my name until someone called me that, but I don't know if they gave it to me or if I always had it.
